If it were me, I'd never do it. But that's 'cause I'm a hair-change chicken. I'd make sure it was still long enough to be able to pull it back, at least. But again, that's me talking. The idea of cutting off three inches scares me, and I have, like, eight before I even hit my shoulders.
It's totally up to you, but I'm sure it will be great, whatever you do to it.
i suppose in short, which i am, i'm the atypical person discreatly disguised as a typical teenage girl. it throws a lot of people off. and highly amuses me.
